Tiffany Lam-Bentley practices in the Austin office of Ogletree Deakins and is a distinguished professional renowned for her immigration expertise and leadership. Tiffany has leveraged nearly two decades of legal experience to support corporations, individuals, and nonprofit clients in complex immigration matters. With a deep understanding of both immigrant and non-immigrant visa processes, workforce compliance, due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, and I-9 program strategy, Tiffany provides tailored solutions that align legal requirements with her clients’ broader business goals and shares insights that help demystify evolving policy matters for a broad audience.

Tiffany holds a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she built the foundation for a career rooted in advocacy and strategic counsel.
