Ms. Woods has obtained favorable outcomes in a diverse range of employment cases involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, whistle-blower claims, and wrongful termination. Ms. Woods has defended employers in litigation matters involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour disputes in both state and federal courts and before the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC), the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), and the Employment Development Department (EDD). Ms. Woods also represents employers in Class Action claims in addition to claims brought under the California Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 (PAGA).
