Trinity E. Taylor

Associate   |   San Francisco

Trinity is an experienced litigator and understands the ins and out of litigating a case from beginning through trial. Trinity is dedicated to defending employers against wage and hour claims, as well as claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. However, Trinity understands that the best offense is a having a good defense. Corporate officers, directors, and HR personnel come to her for advice regarding business and employment practices, including arbitration agreements, severance agreements, wage statements, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave, Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL) leave, California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and paid sick leave. Understanding California’s laws is not easy, but Trinity works with her clients so that they understand new or changed legal standards as well as their application to the client’s business operations.

Not only is Trinity comfortable litigating in court and arbitration, Trinity is equally at ease at the negotiating table where she has represented clients in various mediations which have led to successful resolutions.

Trinity is also experienced representing her clients before the California Civil Rights Department (formerly, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing), Labor Commissioner, Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Trinity is motivated by the motto “Pretty good isn’t good enough” (Charles Osgood). As she puts it, “Clients expect and deserve excellence, and I aim to deliver.”
