Tristan D. Zelenak

Tristan Zelenak is an associate in the firm’s San Antonio office. He practices all areas of employment litigation in both state and federal court including matters arising under Title VII, the Texas Labor Code, as well as trade secret and non-compete issues. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Tristan was a member at a regional, full-service defense firm where he focused on insurance defense and labor and employment litigation.

Tristan attended the University of Texas at El Paso, where he received a Bachelor of Political Science with a pre-law concentration. He also received his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Tristan worked in software sales, which taught him how to build and maintain client rapport and set proper expectations early on in business relationships.
