Tyler Hartney is an associate attorney in the Minneapolis office of Ogletree Deakins. He has experience representing employers in litigation as well as advising employers on a wide range of compliance issues. Prior to joining the firm, Tyler was an associate at a mid-size law firm in the Twin Cities engaging a broad business litigation practice primarily representing employers and franchisors in litigation and arbitration.
Prior to joining private practice, Tyler clerked for the Honorable Francis J. Magill in the civil division of Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School where he served as a student director of the Civil Practice Clinic and as the Web Editor for the Minnesota Journal of Law Science, and Technology.
Outside of practicing law, Tyler enjoys golf, theatre, spending time with his family, and cheering on the Detroit Lions and Redwings as well as the Arkansas Razorbacks.
