Growing up in his family’s automotive shop, Vincenzo learned firsthand the dedication, grit, and adaptability required to run a business. Watching his parents navigate real-world operational and personnel challenges instilled in him a deep respect for entrepreneurs and a commitment to vigorously protecting business owners of all sizes.
Vincenzo carried those values into Division I athletics as a walk-on for the Arizona State football team, where he developed the discipline, teamwork, and resilience that now shape his approach to his legal career. As a third-generation Italian American from a racing family that helped build companies like STP and Studebaker and left its mark on Indianapolis 500 history, Vincenzo approaches employment and traditional labor law with a keen understanding of how leadership, innovation, and hard work shape the employer experience.
At the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Vincenzo served as Vice President of the Business Legal Assistance Program, where he helped connect local mom-and-pop shops with legal support, giving him firsthand insight into the employment challenges businesses face. Vincenzo has a strong interest in labor and employment law and is developing his craft in wage and hour matters, while also gaining experience defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He has also provided advice to companies on various employment-related issues.
