Zahava partners with corporate clients to holistically manage immigration programs, developing individualized strategies and procedures for ensuring corporate compliance and employee work authorization. She represents businesses of all sizes from Fortune 500 to Start-up companies. She strategizes and files all aspects of business and family-based immigration cases with USCIS and DOL including all facets of immigrant and nonimmigrant processes.
