About this Webinar

On March 7, 2019, the U.S. Department of Labor issued its long-awaited proposed revisions of the Part 541 overtime regulations that define the executive, administrative, professional, outside sales, and computer employee exemptions from overtime and minimum wage requirements contained in section 13(a)(1) of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The proposal is significant both for what it includes and for what it does not propose to accomplish. Our speakers will discuss the details of the new proposed regulations and examine how the new minimum salary requirements may impact your business.
