OSHA Hour: Cal/OSHA’s Proposed Revisions to the COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards—Changes Are Coming

In November 2020, the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) promulgated COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) for California employers. Cal/OSHA’s Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board is expected to approve revisions to the ETS in May 2021. In this OSHA Hour webinar, the speakers will discuss the proposed changes, the implementation of the expected revisions, and best practices for California employers for the remainder of 2021. The speakers will also share inside information on expected action by the Standards Board to adopt the revisions and to establish timelines for compliance.
