The California legislature recently passed a new COVID-19 supplemental paid sick leave law (Senate Bill 114), which will take effect ten days after the governor’s expected signature. In this webinar, the speakers will discuss the new legislation and how it will interact with regular California paid sick leave, vacation time, and paid time off, as well as exclusion pay under the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health’s (Cal/OSHA) COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards.
