On April 21, 2022, the California Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board will vote on proposed revisions to the COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS), which if adopted would be effective from May 2022 through December 31, 2022. The proposed revisions include changes to the requirements related to testing, face coverings, exclusion from work, and more.
