Coming Soon: Oregon Paid Family Medical Leave

Oregon’s new paid family and medical leave insurance program—called Paid Leave Oregon—goes into effect on January 1, 2023, and benefits will be available to qualified employees starting in September 2023. The state-run program provides wage replacement benefits and job protection to qualified employees “when life’s important moments affect their health and safety.” Join our Portland attorneys as they highlight what employers need to do now to be ready on January 1.
