Time to Vote: Employee Voting Leave Rights and Employer Obligations for the 2020 Elections

The 2020 election season has arrived and U.S. elections will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. On Election Day, the presidency, all 435 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives, and 35 of the 100 seats in the U.S. Senate will be up for grabs. Although many will vote early through mail-in ballots, others may need or want to cast their votes in person.
