Sarah Zucco handles labor and employment matters for clients in various industries. She has experience defending discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower, and wage and hour claims filed in New York state and federal courts.

Sarah also represents clients before various administrative agencies including the New York State Division of Human Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board and the New York Department of Labor. Sarah additionally counsels employers on multiple aspects of the employer-employee relationship, including personnel policies and practices, employment and severance agreements, employee discipline and terminations, leave management and accommodations, and wage and hour compliance.
