The group, led by Sacramento shareholders Karen Tynan and Robert Rodriguez, advises and counsels employers on a broad cross-section of workplace violence and threat assessments and response.

Tynan has more than two decades of legal experience and has provided clients with critical workplace violence prevention advice and counsel as well as on-site response. Her experience in the workplace safety arena includes OSHA compliance, investigations, litigation, and crisis assessment and response.
Rodriguez has deep experience in workplace violence prevention, including OSHA compliance, investigations, litigation, and crisis assessment and response. He routinely provides training and counsel on workplace violence prevention issues.
