Sarah is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Sarah joined the firm after first working as a summer associate in 2024. Her practice focuses on all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims brought under Title VII, the ADEA, ADA, FMLA, and related state law. Sarah has previously served as an intern for two judges in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, first for the Honorable Nitza I. Quiñones Alejandro and then for the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg during his tenure as Chief Judge of the court.
Sarah received her J.D. magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2025 and her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022. At Penn, Sarah majored in Political Science with a concentration on American politics.
At Temple, Sarah was a member of the Temple Law Review, as the Lead Research Editor of Vol. 97, and a Staff Editor on Vol. 96. Sarah’s Note, which discussed pleading standards for ADEA claims under federal law, was published in Issue 1, Vol. 97 of the law review and earned her the J. Howard Reber Memorial Award for excellence in student writing on the Temple Law Review. Sarah also received the Distinguished Class Participation Award for Civil Procedure I, the Outstanding Oral Advocate Award for Legal Research & Writing II and Trial Advocacy II, and Best Paper in State Constitutional Law for her research paper highlighting the difficulty of amending the Pennsylvania constitution to protect civil rights.
During law school, Sarah also participated in the Mazzoni Center’s legal clinic, assisting individuals with name change petitions, and interned at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, assisting with civil rights and employment law litigation for the Commonwealth. Sarah also served as a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure and a research assistant in the areas of non-competes, non-disclosure agreements, and tort law.
Outside of the law, Sarah is an avid reader and enjoys exploring the Philadelphia area’s many trails.
