On June 25, 2026, the Supreme Court of the United States issued a landmark 6-3 decision in Mullin v. Doe, upholding the Trump administration’s authority to terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haiti and Syria—and severely limiting judicial review of future TPS terminations. With work authorizations for affected employees expiring as soon as July 10, 2026, and terminations for up to 13 additional countries now on the horizon, employers must act quickly to understand their obligations and exposure. This webinar will cover the Supreme Court’s holding and its practical significance for employers, the TPS designations affected, key deadlines for loss of work authorization, I-9 reverification obligations, and how to communicate with employees while minimizing legal risk.
