Join us for a discussion on the three final rules published by OFCCP that together redefine the affirmative action obligations of federal contractors and subcontractors. These rules completely rescind the EO 11246 regulations, eliminate the requirement for disability self-identification invitations, remove the seven percent utilization goal under Section 503, and make technical amendments to the VEVRAA regulations. The rules carry different effective dates, and contractors with ongoing AAP cycles must make near-term decisions about what changes to implement and when. In this webinar, the speakers will address which federal contractor requirements remain and how to guide compliance efforts in relation to continuing obligations under Title VII, state and local laws, and relevant executive orders.
