COVID-19 Litigation and Mitigation Strategies Series: RIF/WARN Litigation and Trends

In the second webinar in this biweekly series, the speakers will provide insights and early lessons from lawsuits that have been filed during the COVID-19 pandemic related to reductions in force (RIFs) and the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act. The speakers will discuss litigation arising from the WARN Act’s “unforeseeable business circumstances” exception and the “single site of employment” definition, as well as other key trends.
