In the fourth installment of our biweekly webinar series, the speakers will address key COVID-19-related issues pertaining to leaves of absence and reasonable accommodation, as well as anticipated charges and lawsuits likely to arise from these issues. The speakers will discuss:
- leaves of absence and accommodation requests from employees in vulnerable and high risk groups;
- employer obligations to employees with childcare obligations and/ or who live with individuals in high risk groups;
- paid leave benefits under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act; and
- defusing and accommodating face mask issues.
