In this webinar, the speakers will discuss significant sections of the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), 2021, which President Trump signed into law on December 27, 2020. They will address the new law’s provisions allowing employers to extend leaves of absence and the reimbursement/tax credits under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). The speakers will also briefly discuss options for employers that decide not to extend FFCRA leaves or that employ workers who have already exhausted those leaves.
