Cal/OSHA Set to Adopt Updated COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards: Are You Ready?

On December 16, 2021, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board of California’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) will consider the readoption of its COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) with substantial changes regarding vaccinations and testing as well as work exclusions.
