As we approach the one-year anniversary of the Supreme Court’s decision ending affirmative action in higher education, the scrutiny on employers’ diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs has not abated. A recent poll found that nearly three-fourths of corporate leaders plan to increase DEI programming in the next two years. Still, a smaller percentage expect to increase investments in DEI, and a third have expressed concerns that DEI programs unfairly advance some employees but not others. In this webinar, the speakers will update employers on recent developments and provide practical tips for designing and sustaining legally defensible DEI initiatives for the workplace.
