OSHA’s Severe Violator Enforcement Program: Smart Safety Strategies for Employers

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Severe Violator Enforcement Program (SVEP) is a federal program designed to focus enforcement efforts on employers that frequently receive OSHA citations.
