Join us for OSH Law Primer, a webinar series that provides an overview of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and how they influence workplaces in the United States. This webinar will provide attendees with insights into how OSHA engages in criminal enforcement of violations of the OSH Act. The speakers will also briefly address other criminal issues that employers may encounter as a result of interactions with OSHA. Future episodes will cover topics such as judicial review of enforcement actions, imminent danger inspections, state plans, and preemption.
