Ready, Set, File: Preparing for the Accelerated 2024 EEO-1 Filing Cycle

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has taken steps to move forward with the 2024 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection. Due to a shortened filing period, employers may want to consider starting now to gather the necessary data for filing.
