The group is chaired by Dee Anna Hays, a shareholder in the firm’s Tampa office who has more than a decade of experience representing and advising multistate employers.
As indicated in Ogletree Deakins’ 2022 Workplace Benchmarking Report, multistate compliance ranks as one of the most challenging issues for employers. Ogletree Deakins’ Multistate Advice and Counseling Practice Group comprises more than 40 attorneys who have extensive experience helping multistate employers remain compliant with current employment laws in all U.S. jurisdictions and provide timely updates when new laws emerge.
