PARIS – April 14, 2023 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to share that the firm’s Paris office received a Band 2 ranking in The Legal 500 Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) 2023 guide. Ogletree Deakins is among 11 firms in France to receive a Band 2 ranking in the Employment category of this year’s edition.
The Legal 500 EMEA guide provides an annually updated, third-party opinion on the leading law firms and lawyers in countries across the region. The Legal 500’s research provides a detailed qualitative assessment of various factors, including work conducted by law firms; experience and depth of teams; practice areas and ancillary services; and opinions of law firm clients. Legal 500 researchers contacted more than 300,000 clients globally to obtain feedback on which law firms meet the criteria required by today’s in-house counsel and business leaders.
Ogletree Deakins’ Paris office was founded in 2017 and is currently home to 36 lawyers and professional staff. Cécile Martin serves as Office Managing Partner of the Paris office. The office was recognized in the France Employment Law category of the 2023 Chambers Europe Legal Guide for the third year in a row, with Martin and Albiol being ranked individually. Finally, the office was ranked among the top three French leading law firms in the Employment Law – Labor Relations category of the Palmarès du Droit 2023 legal awards.
