SACRAMENTO, Calif. – January 6, 2026 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to welcome Natalie Fujikawa to the firm’s Sacramento office as a shareholder. Natalie joins from Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where she served as a partner since 2020.
With over 17 years of experience in labor and employment law, Natalie is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney. She handles claims before state and federal administrative agencies and represents employers in a wide range of employment-related disputes throughout California, with a focus on wage and hour class actions and claims under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). She works with organizations of all sizes, from local startups to Fortune 100 companies.
Natalie also advises employers on compliance strategies to navigate California’s evolving regulatory landscape. She regularly conducts management and HR training, develops workplace policies and procedures, and implements proactive measures to reduce litigation risk.

Natalie received her J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. She recently concluded service as Board President of the Women Lawyers of Sacramento (WLS) in 2025 and is an active member of the Sacramento County Bar Association.
