Many factors have led employers to adopt diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives, including changing demographics, negative incidents in the news, and a lack of diverse employee representation. Join Shafeeqa Giarratani and Kimya Johnson, co-chairs of Ogletree Deakins’ Diversity and Inclusion Practice Group, for insight into the design, implementation, and enhancement of D&I initiatives in the workplace.
