The Labor Law Foundation Series will begin with a fast-paced overview of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) to ensure that attendees have a basic understanding of the Act’s most important provisions. The speakers will also provide real-world examples to demonstrate how the NLRA works in practice, as well as discuss the National Labor Relations Board’s basic organizational structure (e.g., Board members, general counsel, Division of Judges, and regional offices), its principal functions, and the types of cases it handles.
