Join us for the first installment of our two-part webinar series, where we will explore issues related to leaves of absence for California employers. This webinar will focus on managing the complexities of the leave process, including medical leaves that qualify under the Family and Medical Leave Act and the California Family Rights Act, as well as pregnancy-related absences. The speakers will also discuss California’s paid sick leave and its relationship to leaves of absence and leave documentation. The second part of the series will cover extended leaves under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act and the interactive process required by the Americans with Disabilities Act and state law, along with various other leaves available to employees in the Golden State.
