Hodges, which legalized same-sex marriage nationwide and had significant legal implications for workplace policies and employee benefit plans. June 2025 also marked the five-year anniversary of Bostock v. Clayton County, which held discrimination in hiring and firing based on gender identity or sexual orientation constitutes sex discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Join us for a discussion on the latest developments in LGBTQ+ rights in the workplace, including the current administration’s policies, legal challenges, and opportunities to promote compliance and inclusion for LGBTQ+ employees.
