Ogletree Deakins Names New Co-Chair to its Workplace Investigations and Organizational Assessments Practice Group

Dallas shareholder Eva Turner has been selected to serve as co-chair of the firm’s Workplace Investigations and Organizational Assessments Practice Group. Turner will serve as co-chair alongside New Orleans office managing shareholder Monique Gougisha Doucette, who co-founded the practice group in 2021.

Turner has extensive experience conducting and advising clients on complex workplace investigations. She focuses her practice on the litigation of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, employment-related torts, and civil rights claims under state and federal law and in arbitration.

The Workplace Investigations and Organizational Assessments Practice Group has experienced tremendous growth since its inception, and the attorneys in the group have wide-ranging investigation and litigation experience across many industries.
