The Supreme Court’s ruling on the use of affirmative action in college admissions has major ramifications beyond the higher education setting and certainly will impact employers with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, federal contractor obligations, and ESG practices. This webinar will examine the case and provide guidance on actions employers should take to ensure their DEI practices are successful and compliant under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
