Changes to Illinois Restrictive Covenant Law Are Coming: Is Your Company Prepared?

The law goes into effect on January 1, 2022. In this webinar, Tobias Schlueter, chair of Ogletree Deakins’ Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets Practice Group, and Christine Bestor Townsend, a steering committee member of the Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets Practice Group, will discuss the amendment and provide tips to help employers prepare for the changes.
