The EEOC’s New Guidance on the Use of Software, Algorithms, and Artificial Intelligence: What Employers Need to Know

On May 12, 2022, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the U.S. Department of Justice issued its first guidance on the use of software, algorithms, and artificial intelligence (AI) to make hiring and other employment decisions.
